Mahindra Xylo: Outgrow Your Sedan
Finally the much awaited Xylo is launched from the Mahindra plant in Nashik. The road ruler, Mahindra Xylo is priced in the range of Rs. 6,24,500 to Rs. 7,69,500 to fit any decent pocket. The booking has started in 57 selected cities and more dealerships of around 44 may be added in the coming month.

Xylo boasts of added legroom in second and thrid rows as well. More comfort and surround cooling is offered by the twin AC with multiple vents and individual controls for each passenger. Mahindra has not compromised with the safety features either, in this latest model.
You can easily fly in peak traffic with this fuel-efficient locomotive as it can be turned from 0 to 60 kmph in just 5.8 seconds. Thanks to the 2.49-litre mEagle CRDe engine delivering 112 bhp that powers this giant. This powerful engine has 24 kg meter torque more a range of 1800rpm to 3000rpm to make the driving easy.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), a part of the US $6.3 billion Mahindra Group, today announced record breaking domestic auto sales of 27431 units for the month of September 2009, as against 24481 units in September 2008, an increase of 12.1%.
The total UV sales in September 2009 which includes the Scorpio, the XYLO, the Bolero and Pick-Ups stand at 21961 units as against sales of 16059 units in September 2008, which is a growth of 36.8%.
Mahindra’s YTD domestic sales stand at 132522 units in September 2009, as against 116971 units for the same period last year which is an increase of 13.3%.
The company sold a total of 28434 vehicles (Domestic + Exports) in September 2009 as against 25630 vehicles sold in September 2008.
